This morning was a rough morning for me. I had to rush to cosmoprof to quickly purchase goods due to a few hiccups as I went to set up my suite. The lady who checked me out (wasn’t able to catch her name) was absolutely the sweetest. She saw how frustrated I was and spoke positively over me. She assured me that I was going to have a great rest of my day and that cosmoprof was the place to feel at peace. I want to genuinely thank her. Her words definitely made an impact and I did indeed have a great day. She was super helpful and friendly. I absolutely love shopping here for all my supply needs.
