Cosmo Prof

I went into Cosmo prof today and there was a younger customer service rep that helped me and she was fantastic I didn’t get her name however and I checked my receipt but I would like to just give a good review on her service she was really nice and helpful. She had black hair and glasses. So sorry I didn’t get your name but she worked on the morning of Sunday The 15th. It’s really hard to find places that hire people with good customer service nowadays I feel Like. So going into a place that welcomes you makes all of the difference in somebody’s day. If she sees this I hope you’re blessed and have a wonderful week keep being awesome

Too all the one star reviewers that are clearly from non licensed individuals, you get a grip! To the person that thinks that you can just get these products at Ulta or the grocery store, you are correct, however being a licensed professional entitles you to wholesale prices and professional color that you are not educated to use! We spent time and thousands of dollars and hours in order to obtain our licenses and to provide these products with the proper knowledge to our customers. Wholesale is wholesale and professional color is professional. Don’t badger the employees who are just doing there job that is also the law! The bald man with glasses who works here makes me very uncomfortable. I understand asking if I need help/have questions but I have been 3 times and he essentially follows me around the store and asks if I need help every 2 minutes even after I say “no thanks I’ll let you know if I do”. I get he’s trying to be helpful but truly it makes me not want to go in that location. I’m introverted and I don’t want to and I just want to shop in peace.

I got a call from this store on 3/5/25 to personally “invite me” to shop at their store for their 10% off sale “ALL NEXT WEEK”. So I go in 3/12 exactly 1 week later Wednesday to Wednesday, to find out the sale ended on the 11th.…very annoying to have made the trip and support the store under the wrong information.

Passed by the store and curioulsy went in and picked up some shampoo and a OPI nail polish. There is nothing at the front of the store that says you have to be licensed. Go to pay and guy says you have to be licensed. To buy shampoo and OPI nail polish I could get at Ulta or any grocery store?! What a stupid policy.
