I was at this location just a day or two ago, and honestly, I left feeling really upset. The staff was unbelievably rude every time I asked a simple question, I was met with attitude, like I was bothering them just for needing help. What’s even worse is that this isn’t just a one time thing. It feels like being rude is part of the job description because I’ve had the same experience at other locations too. It’s so disheartening kindness and basic respect shouldn’t be too much to ask

Brianna was an absolute rockstar! She answered all the questions I had And everything she recommended came out amazing! Definitely will go back for her Excellent customer service and knowledge.

One of the ladys was being so rude to me and my husband. We were just walking and shopping a little bit, looking comfortable and we walked in and about to look around and telling us that we have to be cosmetologists in order to be in the store. I told her that i have seen a lot of people go in there and buy stuff and she said that they are all cosmetologists. She said this to us all because we looked comfortable.

This is the best beauty supply to get any help you need, they are knowledgeable about the products and will do everything they can to get you the products you need and I personally in 10 years haven’t seen anyone rude or even in a bad mood. They are great women and I hope the group that’s working there stays together as a team for a while because they are the best :) if I could give more than 5 stars I would

I understand that with the covid rules and regs that it's slower service. Totally fine with that. But having to call and pay over the phone works great! If and when somebody answers.... Maybe have more than one person running the whole show... please
