don’t know their names and don’t care for it. but they were rude thinking they weren’t and i’ll never come here again. the smart remarks and attitude is not necessary.

My experience has always been pleasant. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly! If this were my business and my employees, I would SURELY reward them at least annually. Thank you for providing great service!

The employees are absolutely the worst here. They are rude, and act annoyed when asked where something is. If you don’t like your job, just quit, don’t take it out on paying customers. There is no such thing as a line in this place either, they just ring up whoever runs to the register first even if they know other customers have been waiting longer. They seem to want to accommodate more high fashion customers then their normal looking customers. Seriously stay away from this cosmoprof and go to a different location or a SalonCentric.

This place has the worse customer service ever!! I went in there to pick up a few things, I asked the worker about a developer since there was none on the shelf. She rudely responded, “then we are out” I asked, do you know when you are getting more? She literally rolled her eyes at me and almost yell “no I don’t” As I was walking to the register she had her back turn and I noticed she was on her cell phone on FB, I then asked can I have another cosmoprof membership card for my key chain since mine broke. She seem so annoyed once again and yell, you have to call customer service if you want another one. This behavior is not acceptable at all and I hope that who ever owns this place disciplines this lazy, rude, unprofessional workers. The employee name is Angela

Cosmoprof Clawson is Awesome! The store is open Sunday through Saturday, and despite the other pictures showing that this location may be "Permanently Closed," it is FALSE!!! The neighboring business relocated, but Cosmoprof is OPEN!!!
