Lily took her time to make sure things were perfect and confirmed with me a lot on what I wanted, making sure she would do what I wanted and that I would like it. As well as, being very friendly/welcoming and helping with hair care advice or any questions I had. Will be scheduling with her again when I make my next appointment!

Everything was explained in detail prior to any action. Very much appreciated. Kate was extremely pleasant and always made sure I was comfortable. One really important question that Kate ask me was about allergies/sensitivities prior to washing my hair!! I have never had any stylist ask me that and I thing it’s really important. Highly recommend!

Carolyn did a PHENOMENAL job! She completely saved me from a botched balayage!!! I came here with a CHALLENGE. Another stylist did a “balayage” but left me uneven and spotty (see pic, not done here). Carolyn was VERY kind and walked me through the entire process to fix it; ensuring my confidence throughout. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a new stylist! I will definitely be returning myself!!! I seriously cannot believe the results she was able to achieve in just one session!!!

Kristen is great. She remembers exactly what we did the time before and is always great at offering suggestions for adjusting and going just a bit more bold or exciting; something I always want but can’t articulate and she knows how to get just right! I get compliments alllll the time!

Carolyn is amazing! I went in wanting to lighten up my hair and she absolutely nailed it. She gave me low maintenance balayage and it turned out exactly what I was hoping for. I couldn’t be happier!
