Why open a whole store stocked to the brim, just to have it not be open to the unlicensed public? If there's products in there that are dangerous to use if you're unlicensed then have it behind the counter.

I came at the worst time possible- in the middle of a bad storm. a woman named Kaylan was helpful, polite and knew her product knowledge. I'm always appreciative of people who go out of their way to be polite and helpful

I had the absolute pleasure of interacting with Kayla today at the cosmoprof in Canandaigua and she elevated my experience BEYOND any expectation! She was present in her greeting to EVERY customer, eager to help in ANY way she could, and engaging in industry related banter which was so appreciated. To the management at this location, please hold onto this rare gem of a stand out super star emoloyee and recognize what a valuable asset she is to the store!!!! I had to make a last min trip to get stuff I need for a service, I arrived as she was coming to lock the door.. The cashier was patient and helpful. Thank you for your help. I wish I could remember her name so I could give her a shout out.
