My husband went to pick up an order today at 1230 pm and no one was there. Hours say 12-4 I understand life comes up but 30 mins late and no one answering at the store is ridiculous. I have clients to do. ***edit I went out of my way to go back myself and got there a little before 3 pm and they were still not open canceling my order

I’ve let a lot of things go over the years with Cosmoprof … the selection is absolutely lousy, they’ve stopped providing bags to carry your purchases, their prices are higher than any other professional product distributor, and they seem to think that a 10% off sale is a big deal for “customer appreciation”. But, today, we hit a new low. Ignoring the fact that I had to hunt down an employee to check me out, thank God I was paying attention during the checkout process. Every single item I purchased rang up at a much higher price point than was listed on the shelf sku tag, or even listed on the product itself. I had to take the employee around and show her the proper listed prices!! Some items rang up $4 higher than clearly listed. (And yes, I also checked their app to re-verify.) Now I’m wo

I drove here on Wednesday and arrived at 9:00 am and the store was closed. Stire hours on Google and posted on the door of the store saying that they open at 8:00 am. I drove especially to this location just to find it closed while it should be open.

Who ever worked on Friday is rudest ever lady miss Lesley Lopez ,called for question regarding their advertisement, replied she don't knows how to do it ,I said I talked yesterday with other nice lady she asked me to call next day she will get some instructions from boss or manager because she's not trained how to do that , miss Lopez response I am the only one here today with no manager asked me to go somewhere else because she's by herself, my response : it's ok I am not going to bother you, I meant it in a nice way, she got frustrated saying don't bother and hang up the phone , called back to explain to her I didn't mean it in bad way, answered me with more frustration she need to be trained to pause and understand what is the customer's saying not my fault if she had bad day, chill.

CHANEL and the other employee with the curly gorgeous hair and glasses(so sorry I don’t know or asked your name) you guys were amazing!!! I needed help to get my supplies quick for a ash blonde client I was about to have and they killed it! Took only 10min🤎🤎🤎 These ladies were informative and definitely made my experience great here for a quick stop. I’ll be back!
