Great store, knowledgeable staff!

Christina is amazing I went in today for the first time to this location since I’m new to the area and she’s extremely kind and helpful will be my new go to store because of her 🩵

I have been to this particular store twice now where i walk in and the door beeps to alert employees a customer has walked in. i can hear the staff laughing and talking in a back room, no one checks to see if i need anything. i grab what i need, wait at the register for several minutes hoping someone will notice i'm there, then put down what i was going to purchase, leave and go to four star down the block. don't waste your time.

Nice selection of nail, hair & beauty products for the professional. Knowledgeable staff always willing to help in store or over the phone. Smart choice to move the nail products by the window for natural light. I’ve been shopping cosmoprof since they were Schoeneman’s. :) I’m really showing my age ! ! Hahaha

worst Cosmo ever now !!!! The old employees (the blonde ,the young girl , and the boy) we’re the best , they were so sweet and friendly , and now the new employees are rude don’t help you at all.. and now they don’t even do there deliverys or put anything out so they never have what I need ... this store is going so down hill I rather go to salon centric 🤷🏽‍♀️
