I normally don’t write bad reviews but the moment I went in I felt very uncomfortable I didn’t feel like it was welcoming I just wanted a blow out and was a walk in tell me why the guy said he had someone coming in and made the other girl do it. She was an older women she smelt like cigarettes and she didn’t even wash my hair good and she didn’t even fully blow dry it it was still damp. I am a hairdresser myself and she did not use any of the proper techniques on how to blow dry hair my hair feels so dirty I had to go home and re do it. I will not be going back here

I don’t usually write reviews but I felt that I needed to after the experience I just had here. This was the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had in my life. The man that cut my hair (Gerry) was incredibly rough and was literally pulling on my hair while he cut it. He also smelled like cigarettes and was breathing heavily the whole time he was cutting my hair. I read one review about another customer’s experience with him before I went in but I assumed I wouldn’t have the same problem or even have him cutting my hair. I was wrong. The whole haircut felt so rushed, it was probably 5 minutes. I was genuinely scared he was going to cut my ear. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable in my life. Now I have to deal with a crappy, embarrassing haircut until my hair grows out again. Do NOT go here!

Fran has been doing my hair for years and I would not go anywhere else. She does a great job with both dying and cutting my hair. Most important she listens to what I want and takes the time to do it right. Highly recommend Fran!!
