Cosmo Prof

I used to LOVE this cosmoprof and the sweet ladies that worked there. The past 3 times recently I have went in I feel that 1 associate has been unprofessional and starts personal conversations that made me uncomfortable. I started to do pickup orders, but even then if she was there I got hooked into conversations such as therapy talk or relationship/family issues. Please keep it professional I do feel for everyone during these crazy times, but I don’t want it brought on to me while shopping. The only reason I have decided to write a review because other professionals have come to me expressing the same issues with the same person.

Stopped in to grab some products for family. Being from out of town, I didn't know how strict they were without my cosmoprof card. Walked up and asked the sweet ladies behind the register about being able to grab a couple things. They were so kind and said no problem! I just needed my phone number associated with my account. I got my dry shampoo and some texture spray and made my way to the register. The nice lady helped me and got me on my way. I appreciate how kind she was with me. Back in Boise, the sales associates aren't that nice! Happy I got to experience cosmoprof in Athens, Ga.

Never have what u need. Never stick shelves. Employees blame managers

My favorite thing of all is they know me by name when they see me, and I'm only in the store once about every couple of months. They also are the best at putting my orders together for pick up. It's truly amazing how helpful and polite those ladies always are. This is my favorite CosmoProf location.

Always professional and very helpful. They even remember their guests names. Great store, even though their stock is a little low often. They go out of their way to accommodate and will even hold stock for you, when you can't pick it up right away.
