I came in blind to what color i wanted for my new hair color for a vacation and this nice girl helped me so well, stopped immediately what she was doing and looked through most Isles to help me find the right color i wanted. i don’t remember her name but she had beautiful blue hair, to you, thank you my hair looks awesome! ansonia location

My boyfriend wanted me to get something for his hair that I knew would not work but I couldn't talk him out of it. I went in hoping someone could help me find a different solution and that exactly what Whitney did! She was really kind and led me in the direction of a different product that wouldn't destroy his hair and gave me info for another product to help IF this didn't work out exactly as planned. But the Amika product she showed me worked perfectly. Really kind and knowledgeable and I appreciate her taking the time to help me!

Needs new managers, not friendly, Unknowledgable and not trained very well when it comes to customer service or store inventory . I'm forced to go to a different distributor for my multiple salons. They do not care about your salons business. If you leave reviews about managers at this location they will leave a ficticious negative review anout your Salon. This is what Cosmoprof likes for their stores, robots that can't think outside the box.

The store is a normal CosmoProf. But the customer service is terrible, I absolutely dread having to come to this store. The lady with the short white hair and glasses is nothing but mean and rude for absolutely no reason. I've been coming to this store for years and she has remained the same. She should not work in this environment. I miss the old manager who sadly switched jobs. Will not be returning and would NOT recommend anyone to go to this store until she is gone.

I went here with my girlfriend. You must have a hairdressing license to shop here. There is a good selection of all kinds of products. You can get hair care, styling, coloring, clippers and any other accessories that come along with the business, including nail care and waxing stuff. The staff was friendly and helpful.
