Stopped in today and the NICEST associate was working ( actually both were very nice! I had ALOT of questions and she answered every single one with a smile ! I spent alot of money and was happy to do so because the lady that helped me was SO nice ! I will get her name , they are closed right now . Everything is SO expensive right now and there’s nothing worse then spending money and being treated like you are bothering people 🙄 I’m actually going to call her boss to let them know who ever hired her , good Choice ☺️

1 star isn’t even worth that experience… we got to the store 3:55 and they closed at 4. My friend and I were looking around because it’s laid out different than what she is use to. She went up to ask the store associate where the hair toner was and the girl was rude and said “well it depends on the brand, and we close in 2 minutes” “so what brand did you want” and she came over pointed to a couple different ones then walked away. My friend and I were looking at the colors and she yelled across the store… “I HAVE TO CHECK YOU OUT ITS 4 OCLOCK!” We hadn’t even had enough time to look and left empty handed when she kicked us out because it was 4… never in my life have I seen someone so rude and in a hurry to leave! Never again.. I came to visit from ohio and that was downright rude and uncall

Manager (I think) is so rude & unprofessional. There’s always an issue when she’s the one working. Taking my business elsewhere moving forward.

The newest manager, Jody is the most professional manager the store has had in many years. She always gives a friendly greeting and goes out her way to help as many people in the store. I’m impressed that she shows no frustration when busy and maintains a positive vibe. She always offers info on new products and education. Just impressed with her. Hope she stays!

Never have items in stock.. always gives me a problem using my Cosmo pro credit card. Can use it at Sally's with no problem. Always a problem at the store on Sheridan Drive. Ridiculous
