Frustrating experience at this place! Doors locked early, had to call to get in, and faced unhelpful staff. Even when I found what I needed, checkout was hindered by bottles on the counter, with little assistance from the seemingly busy clerks. Overall, poor customer service—I'd prefer driving into town than dealing with them again.

Awesome selection! Great staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. Great products and cleanliness of store a plus!

NOT open on Sunday, please update your hours and days of operation. Came by at 3:30pm on Sunday and was informed that they are normally not open on Sunday, and apparently closed at 2pm according to the lady that came to the door. Even though google shows their hours as 12-4 on Sunday’s, waste of time.

This location is usually a hit-or-miss. The workers on the sales floor can walk right past you without acknowledging you. They do tend to acknowledge the people that they know well. But for the everyday shopper there is no acknowledgement. Masks of course are required at this location as of today. There is hand sanitizer upon entering the store. They do have carts and baskets for you to conduct your shopping. Store shelves are usually full with the occasional pukas in the hair colouring section. To be expected. They carry everything from shampoo and conditioner, Name brand and everyday use along with salon quality products. A wide variety of hair tools and a small selection for manicure and pedicure items. Checkout is fairly quick. Make sure you have your scan card or information readily

I love this store...its only.for Licensed Operators but everyone is knowledgeable and very helpful. Even during Covid 19 they were pleasant.. If you're Licensed visit this Salon store in Halawa..
