I walked in feeling a little rusty.... tight, tense, and sore from head to toe. I'd been carrying stress for weeks and it showed. The place itself is spotless, organized, and super calming, so I started to feel excited just walking in. But the real magic? Sophia!!! She somehow found every single problem spot (I swear she has X-ray hands) and gave them the extra TLC they needed. By the time she was done, I felt amazing!! I actually hopped out of bed, no groaning, no stiff shuffle, it's like I was 20 again. If you're feeling broken down, go see Sophia, or any of the other ladies, I heard they're all great! Oh and this place is a one stop shop! Massages, facials, laser treatments, cupping and Botox! They did not disappoint!!

I was very pleased with the massage I got from Tomomi at C & S Bodyworks. Before the session, I pointed out my upper and lower back were the area that I felt sore/tense and after the session, I felt so relaxed. Tomomi skillfully pressed all the knots and stress out of my body. Would definitely recommend checking out the LMTs at C & S Bodyworks for your massage needs.

Medical massage therapy was excellent! Christine did an entire body massage, did stretches for my back, and thoroughly explained each body part mechanics and movement. She was very knowledgeable in overall body health. The pressure applied was perfect for my first time with her. Felt good overall after my massage. I certainly look forward to my next appointment!

Friendly and professional staff. I was able to use my insurance medical benefits for massage therapy. It was my first time using those benefits, and I’m glad that I did. I have massage therapy done by three of their LMT’s, and each one gave great service. Thanks Christine, Sophi, and Jerome! I plan to come here even after my insurance benefits cap this year.

Excellent massage, backwalking and cupping. Chrisine brought great relief to my strained lumbar & had a good working knowledge, explaining the therapy and the dynamics of my symptoms. Nice facilities too.
