Cosmo Nails

Customer service was very bad, they are very rude. I kept it very professional and respectful. I asked her how much my nails would be just to make sure she said $70, (mind you I called prior to going and they told me a different price which was $65). And the nail tech got snappy and very disrespectful. I still was very respectful and told her I will no longer be going to her If I do return to that nail shop. I spoke to the manager and she didn’t do anything about it. Don’t recommend this nail shop. And the nails aren’t even done that well.

I've had the team here work with me over the past three months. I am always a walk in. My preference is a neutral or natural nail during the summer and a bold color for the fall. They have done a great job on every visit, I will continue to use this salon for nail care. One thing I have noticed is the regular clients. These people are always such lovely people to chat with and many of them have been coming for years. I should call ahead, but have been able to snag a seat fairly quickly when I have been in.

i don’t understand the bad reviews. Ryan is the absolute best. acrylic set is perfectly shaped. he is kind, quick moving and great conversation. the salon is clean. REQUEST RYAN!!

I saw mixed reviews about this place but I went anyway. I had a great experience. My nails look amazing and the nail tech was super nice. I don't stay on that side of town but I will still go back+

First and last time coming here. My pedicure was rushed, the lady did not take my clear nail polish off. I had to tell her before she was about polish over it and then she began to speak in her native language. Please do not underestimate just because I may not look like you I do not understand. Never again!
