I've never been here and it not be busy. This is a hub of activity with good iced coffee, indoor seating, and a large amount of covered or otherwise shaded outdoor seating with a taco stand. All in all, makes for a great location for a meet-up or a working lunch.

I always feel odd when Google asks me to review a shopping center or strip mall. I was up here for both Pinballz and Lache Movement Company. Looks like a nice area so not much else to say. You probably have to know why you were coming here otherwise you wouldn't think to stop in just to shop and look around the area. I have driven past it many times before and not noticed it. I usually would be looking for the entrance to 35 around this area or another entry to 183.

I got to school at IEC which is a national trade school. There is all kinds off businesses here of which have a ton to do with electrical. Mechanical and the like. I'm sure if u need some kind of work done this is the place..

Convenient location and easy to get in and out of. Many businesses. The business I visited had a nice office and had convenient parking.
