I visited this salon about a month ago for a pedicure and was very happy with the work done by the Nail Tech. She did an excellent job, and I truly loved the results. However, the overall experience was uncomfortable due to the lack of professionalism from the owner. Upon arrival, there was no greeting or acknowledgment—I was left standing at the entrance until someone eventually decided to speak to me, which immediately set an unwelcoming tone. I had booked the appointment under my middle name, which is something I commonly do, yet the owner questioned me repeatedly about it, suggesting that I was using a fake name or being dishonest. I have been doing my nails at Copper Beauty for over two years and the service is excellent. I am always received with such a warm welcome and leave super satisfied. Mairen goes above and beyond to please me with the nail designs I ask for. My nails have grown and have gotten super strong. I also get my hair done and Maribel is great. Maribel always makes mi Cafecito! 😊 Everyone at the salon is loving and always a positive vibe. I love coming here.

This place is really nice but the service is HORRIBLE my nails chipped and tips came off in less than a week! The lady who did my nails cut me so many times now my finger is swollen in my pedicure. When proceeding to manicure she said she did not do tips but still did them guess what they fell off in 3 days. The owner was talking out loyd how bad and damaged my nails were really unprofessional! Will definitely not be coming back. THEY CHARGED ME FOR DIP BUT DID NOT APPLY DIP! They did an acrylic and then painted gel on top 😒 Change your customer service and train you staff.

Mairen, Lisy & Rita are truly amazing. They take their time and make you feel comfortable. Very patient with you which why I always come here. Gentle and creative! Super recommend!
