Cool Tops Cuts For Kids

Couldn’t be happier. We didn’t have an appointment but they were really quick to see us. Our son went in for his first haircut and he’s a tough one. They worked so well with him and we’re so nice. Super fast haircut. Only took five minutes and considering how difficult he was, I was shocked how good it turned out. Very clean and organize and lots of fun things for the kids. We will definitely be returning often.

Warning: Do NOT take your daughter here. She did not listen to what I asked her to do at all. I wanted LONG bangs on my baby and she cut them so much it looks like my toddler took scissors and cut it herself. I asked her not to cut too much from the back just a very small trim as she doesn’t have a lot of hair and she didn’t listen and she left it short. It would have been a little better if she had at least cut it even but all around it’s so uneven. The bangs come from all over her head. She didn’t section it off at all AND they are extremely uneven. And to top it off she cut so much more with the scissors that have the little holes so part of her “bangs” are basically at her hairline. I want to cry. I am so incredibly disappointed. NO. NO. NO. NO. NO. My daughter needed a trim and wanted bangs, and her hair was butchered. Before the lady got started I asked her to blend the bangs so they weren’t blunt. The lady hardly let me explain before saying yeah yeah and that she’s got it. The haircut took 5 minutes at most and it shows. She never asked where she parts her hair, didn’t even wet it, just cut her hair as it was. She cut across for bangs and same for the length. I can’t even say she cut straight! I was horrified. The cut cost $23.50. I almost had a coronary and I’m going to need therapy from this experience.

Look elsewhere! This is not the place you want to bring your children. Super rude staff that could care less about you and your experience. Rushed through our appointment and it was clear they just wanted to close shop. Booked my daughter’s first hair cut here and I’m very sad that we had such awful experience . The woman was super impatient and did not care to listen to my request for her first trim. She kept telling me she “had to make it all even”. I was very clear that I did not want it evened out and she “agreed”. She then rushed through the cut and next thing I knew she had evened it all out. Mind you my baby is 11m and barely has hair to begin with. My request was very very simple. I was willing to pay full price for a small trim from who I thought was going to be a professional. T

I was very disappointed with the haircut my son received. My son has been growing his hair out and his plan was to do so until COVID was over. We went in only for a trim and shape. The stylist did not listen to the request of having just a trim and cut off 5 inches of hair. Gave him funky bangs when we said to leave them long. The technique was very poor. I will never go back. She also insisted on a side part on the wrong side. He can wear a side part on the opposite side or in the middle. When we tried to move it , she put it back. I think to hide the terrible job. I am heartbroken for my son because we have to get it even shorter now to fix it. I feel so manipulated by the stylist.
