Cool Joe Cuts - Mesa

I cut my hair here as a girl and they still took me the lady their did a great job have always gone to Supercuts but in here it’s nice because they actually do it how your supposed to. Also my brother and bf cut their hair here and my brother has very specific type of way he wants his hair they did it exactly how I imagined they would 🩷 I truly recommend there is a wait but there only two people working there so you have to be patient I promise it’s worth it they take their time with their customer and make sure that you like your haircut

Anytime I have gone here, they do a great job but the last time I went, the service was fantastic. I wish I would have asked for the ladies name but she did awesome. Wonderful consumer service from her. She gave me one of the best cuts I had gotten. Definitely was worth a $40 hair cut but was charged less than half that price, so I made sure she received it in her tip.

Recently I had my fifth visit to this barber shop in the last four years (I am from El Paso but I do not live here), and each time my experience has been excellent. My first two haircuts were with different barbers, and my last three cuts were with Yessica. My pet peeve is barbers that rush your haircut, which she does not. She gives your hair the attention it deserves and I appreciate that. I am always greeted warmly, and I feel the prices are reasonable. The shop is also very clean. I have never had to make an appointment as I usually walk-in during a weekday, in the middle of the day, and I have not had to wait. I had shown up earlier in the week when their system went down, but the person I spoke with was very apologetic and kind, so I did not mind coming back another time. I will cont

2 of us went in for cuts for the first time. They had 2 very separate experiences. Hair cut #1, not greeted by stylist, no smile, no personality, did basic high fade and sent him on his way. Hair cut #2 was the location manager that greeted him with a smile, told him he got the XP treatment for being a first time customer, made fun talk and was very pleasant plus the hot towel, face and head massage as a first time customer bonus. We will go back and try again as we are hoping Hair cut #1 was just having a really bad day.

Attempted to take my son for a haircut and was denied a haircut but was informed to come the following day. The next day we waited more than two hours with one person ahead of us and was told that it was still going to take 30 more minutes to get seated for a hair cut. I don’t know how this business stays open. Horrible. Only one person (yessica) cutting hair and takes over one hour for a hair cut.
