Don’t go to this salon the owner is NASTY AND A LIAR I called and booked an appointment on Thursday for Saturday something I’ve always done! On Saturday she sent a message to confirm I didn’t pay attention only that is was confirmed appointment for Sunday , I get there the shop is closed I called she goes on to tell me that my appointment is for Sunday the 14th she knows I booked for this Sunday always have, also every time it’s a different price she has no real customers and is very lazy !!! She will have you waiting while she gets her hair done ,, always new workers because I think she treats staff wrong .. just horrible please go elsewhere This I a WARING PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE

Super EXPENSIVE for no reason!! Make sure you ask for the price of services before you get anything done. I went in to darken my hair, from caramel highlights to an even light brown color. All they did was dye my hair one even color. Nothing complicated. I didn't even blow dry my hair because I was on vacation and would be getting in the pool. So I walked out of the salon with wet hair. They dyed my hair, washed it and I paid $140.00. That is insane. The owner is definitely robbing customers. In retrospect, I should not have paid that much and should have just denied paying such a ridiculous amount for just dying my hair. But in the moment, I was shocked and just did what they asked. I should have done my research better. The Booksy reviews are good but the google reviews are terrible. I didn’t even think to check the google reviews before booking because the reviews on Booksy were good and they had great portfolio pictures. I wanted a perm and a cut. I’ve only had one perm a long time ago so I’m not very familiar with the process. The stylist didn’t ask me what I wanted. She just washed my hair and started wrapping it onto rods. At one point I told her that I only wanted a wavy perm, but she just smiled and kept going. She used pink and white rods which are VERY tight curls. Just paid $27.50 not including tip for a haircut on my 4yr old daughter. Not even an inch of hair was cut. My fault was to not ask for the price beforehand but the price is ridiculous just to cut her ends not even a style or anything. Took her around 10mins no wash and over $30. Gave two stars because the stylist was very friendly but not worth the price.
