I came here for my wisdom teeth removal and felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. The staff was professional and clearly knew what they were doing, which helped a lot going into surgery. Kenia was incredibly helpful and organized and honestly made the whole process feel so much smoother. Any questions I had, she had an answer for and made sure everything stayed on track. Recovery was exactly what I was prepared for. Overall, this is a place you can trust, especially if you’re feeling anxious. I would absolutely choose this place again.

My daughter visited the office on Monday March 2nd and was charged over $300 for a consultation! When I called to inquire about the cost I was told the fee was for panoramic ex rays. The ex ray is covered under preventive services and covered at 100%. When I questioned the charged I was talked down too.. panoramic…exrays…are…done…to… see….the… dots are for the pauses between each word! When I told the young lady I was in the insurance industry and that I was well versed…. She said…. Okay…. I then said you don’t have to talk to me like I’m slow. She ended the call. I’ve left voice mails for the office manager to call me back. I’ve verified with my insurance company that she should’ve been charged $56.60 which is her out of pocket max and her 20%. I have yet to receive a call back

From the very beginning, the administrative process was smooth and well handled. Dora, the coordinator, was extremely kind, patient, and professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly and went above and beyond to help locate and work with my insurance, which is not easy to deal with. I truly appreciated her effort and dedication. Dr. Aidan Phan was outstanding. He was honest, ethical, and very professional. He carefully explained why it was not necessary to remove all four wisdom teeth and clearly discussed the risks and benefits. The doctor and nurse were clearly very well versed and knew what they were doing so that made me feel confident from the get go! Recovery was quick and easy with zero complications!
