I am a mediator and a counselor who does not want to rent an office on my own. As an "office by the hour" place this place is truly different. No frumpy couches, no cold tech feel. It is professional, functional and stylish . It also pulls off an intimate feeling that puts clients at ease. There are many amenities like google chrome and wall mounted monitors for visual presentations. There is a kitchen, an awesome waiting room and everything you need to get work done and feel at home at the same time.

I am a meditation teacher and always looking for beautiful spaces to teach from. Consensus Arts Building is just that. The staff is wonderful and helpful and they even offer teas to help your students/clients feel more comfortable. It is so rare to find nice spaces so I am so grateful that they have taken so much love and care into making theirs so inviting.

I've rented offices spaces at this location and have been very pleased with the accommodation. Booking a space is all too easy via online, and there is different offices and rooms available in this charming building. The location is right on Broadway which makes it very convenient and there seems to always be parking. What makes this place stand out is that with all you get, the price is ultra affordable! The spot is a gem, I look forward to continue to take advantage of this incredible space.
