Concord nails spa

Whenever I’m in CLT; I visit Jenny for an amazing pedicure. I can unwind while receiving the paraffin foot wax and a relaxing hot stone leg & foot massage. (believe it’s the Concord Spa package). I have never in my life fallen asleep while getting a pedicure until now! Check her out whenever your feet are in need of some TLC and please add the hot stones to your pedicure…it’s a must! Honorable Mention: Precious did a great job with my son’s manicure. He said that it was the most relaxing manicure that he’s ever received!

First time to Concord Nails! The technician was friendly and took her time! I’m very happy with the results! I have been going somewhere else with less than desirable results! I don’t know the name of the tech that did my nails but she has 3 children and a new puppy!

Precious did a wonderful Job on my feet and full set acrylic nails with gel polish! This review does not mirror her skill or my experience with her…. However, the pricing is completely off from the menu pricing. I was charged $10 for an acrylic overlay on my toe which should’ve been $5 and I was charged $65 for a very short set of acrylic nails on my hands with gel polish, no designs or anything crazy. I should’ve listened to the other reviews stating that Jason likes to up charge once at the register, I don’t think this has anything to do with the actual nail technician as she was just reading off the services she provided, and he was setting a number! His business practices are extremely illegal and have left him a negative reputation.

So I took my daughter here to get a pedicure and the process was long but on top of that I got regular polish. Now I know regular polish and all its flaws but the lady didn’t even put a top coat on, the polish was clumpy and just not quality. Disappointed and my daughter was sad, deff a waist of $30

jason took care of me when i asked for a repaint and was very nice! however the lady that took care of me claimed to not even do sets and then my friend and i’s nails took 5 hours! (same inspo pics)
