I had an amazing experience with Shelby!! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave great suggestions based on my hair type and face shape. I normally get a quick trim and medium length layers and it always turns out absolutely perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Not only is Shelby incredibly skilled, but she also is so sweet, and so funny, she makes the whole experience extremely enjoyable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented, and friendly hairstylist. Ramsey is also a great helper!

I have been going to Concept Salon for over a year. Shelby does a great job on my pixie cut and red coloring. Finding someone that can do a good job on a pixie cut is hard to do!

I went today to get my hair cut with Kenzie and I honestly had the best hair appointment I think I’ve ever had. I got there early and called to let them know I was there with everything going on and she said come on in and got started right away. She listened to all my concerns, took the at least 10 different photos of similar cuts I loved and brought with me, and took everything to turn it into a cut I am super in love with! She gave me a few wonderful tips to help with some of the hair concerns I had and the whole appointment felt super comfortable and like we had been friends for quite some time. The salon is clean and very beautiful, the products they used/have in the salon feel great in my hair so far and are something I can feel great about, and I have definitely found my stylist for
