Amanda, the massage therapist, was very kind, professional, respectful and knowledgeable in how to address my tight muscles and release the tension I held in my body. She could really feel and detect how my body was tight-holding onto stress and that I had knots in my muscles where I couldn’t even feel because of the tightness in my muscles. She was very encouraging and easy to talk with; she worked on a level (pressure) that I could handle and asked how I was doing; when I was quiet she was quiet too as I relaxed to the sounds of gentle peaceful music. When she was finished I felt like a whole new person - freer and extremely relaxed, happier and my previous heavy mood was much better and I had joy again! I received my first ever professional massage from Amanda about a month ago, and all I can say is it was literally life changing. I had pain and tension in areas I wasn't even aware of. It was the most relaxing 90 minutes of my life. When she was done I felt more alive than I've felt in a long time. I felt young, vibrant, relaxed but also full of energy.
