Monica set up a time to talk and engage with me prior to the massage to learn about my concerns and what I was hoping to get from the experience. She shared her background, education & knowledge about my specific concerns and listened to me. I’ve had many massages before, and this has been one of the best experiences so far. Following the massage, she answered additional questions and shared her recommendations going forward. As she was visiting from out of town, she recommended looking for someone with specific experience for my specific needs in my area. If only I lived closer, I’d have a once a week session! Worth your time :-)

Monika listened to my needs and met me where I was physically and mentally, and then took those needs, and information and provided an excellent massage experience in a comfortable environment. I left with stretches, exercises, and ideas to help me improve in between massages.

I have been going for a massage from Monika on a regular basis for the last 5 years. Not only is it therapeutic, but it is a relaxing treat to myself as well.
