Colour Nails & Spa

I am a regular there, I try to continue to go there as I get stellar service and nails from yang. I was in last month for a wedding where I got french tips and the left side was completely thick, and the other side thin, which costed $60, when my grandmother got the same nails on the same day for $50. I went in for thanksgiving nails today, and I got dip powder. I requested Chisel 19b which was a light tan color, He found it and put it on my nails and it was dark brown almost black. I kindly denied this color and said that the color must be light brown, there were two 19 b labeled. He tried another color and it was almost gold. I went in to get a full acrylic set done and the staff did not disappoint! They were very nice,friendly,and professional! They did a wonderful job and my nails came out great! Will definitely go back!

Honestly if I could rate a 0 I would. I had so many bad things happen. I called hours in advance to book an appointment for 5:00. I signed in and informed them that I was there for my 5 o’clock appointment to get my nails done. I sat for 30 minutes waiting meanwhile, 2 other woman came in with an appointment. One for 5:15 and one for 5:30, the other was a walk in, the walk in ended up being the first one sat between me and these other woman with our appointments and past our appointment time. The woman with the 5:15 appointment ended up being upset and asking when they were going to be able to take her. She informed them she called and booked this appointment the day prior and when they checked the books, her name wasn’t taken down…she ended up leaving. I was finally seated after and to

nails came out great but the tech (the older gentleman) cut my fingers in multiple places and was very aggressive when filing. my experiences with the other techs in the past have all been positive though.

There were 3 people, The guy (older) was gentle especially with my thumb brace and he did not put the acrylic on too thick and wasn't rough. However, I held my hand really steady and let him move it as he needed to, to see but the whole right hand is angled to the far left. He also didn't understand when I said I wanted the darker color sponged on like an ombre. I'm newer to getting nails done so I'm not very pushy to be assertive about what I want. When I tried to explain he seemed to get a bit irritated (Not mean but maybe because he didn't understand) I'm shy and not used to the process so I'm not sure how they would have fixed them if I asked. I would say to double check your nail shape before you leave ( I didn't because I couldn't tell right away. My glasses need an updated prescrip
