Zoom Tan

Sarah at the Zoom Tan in Dunkirk is awesome! I have had the opportunity to watch her interact with customers on numerous visits. I cannot emphasize enough how patient she is with the older adults. Always has a smile on her face! Kudos 👏 💯 percent go to Sarah! I also want to give a shout out to Laura! Laura goes out of her way to provide excellent customer service. Always greets customers with a smile on her face ☺️

So I’ve gone to zoom tan for years in multiple different states and I met the nicest and most sincere customer service attendant. I came back to zoom tan from another competitor because of timing and the first day I met this young lady she was genuine. I watched another lady scold her in front of me for helping me out after I got a membership and lotion over an 10$ coupon. Big whoop I’ll tip this young lady that to pay it back. But I stayed quiet but then I hadn’t seen her again until today. Did she remember me no but she was just as kind and sweet. She was reasonable when it came to my time tanning as I was in a rush to get to my kids and life, So Sarah in the Dunkirk props to you. You’ll be the only reason I continue after my month is up. Laura was wonderful. She was upbeat and possessed a professional attitude. She also found that I had left my wedding rings at the salon and contacted me ASAP. Lifesaver and AA great staff member.

Have always had a great experience at the Dunkirk location. The staff is always pleasant, especially Laura who always goes above and beyond. She’s been very helpful in recommending products as well as letting me know any time there’s great deals. Sarah is always nice and helpful as well. I would recommend this location to anyone interested in tanning/spray tanning!
