Color Vault Nails & Pedicure

We were on vacation in the area and decided to get manicures and pedicures - Color Vault looked like a great choice based on the reviews. The salon itself is very clean, new, and pleasant to be in. One note: walk-in customers seemed to be taken faster than those with appointments. My daughter had an appointment and still waited 25 minutes, while walk-ins were seated right away. As for the services, the $60 spa pedicure was enjoyable - it included a relaxing treatment and a massage. However, the quality of the manicures was disappointing. Both regular and gel polish started chipping within 3 days for several of us. It seems there might be some issues with the polish application process, as gel typically lasts much longer. I experienced an issue with my nail service, but Hieuey promptly resolved the problem and offered to redo the work. I am extremely satisfied with the final result, courtesy of Lowann. I will definitely return in three weeks and have booked my next appointment with Lowann. Amazing customer service 10/10

After trying to find a new nail tech the the past 5mths, my daughter found us a supreme location. Bright open space beautiful inside. Loann created my nails today, she gave great education on the different services offered and did a simply amazing job on the polish/nail art. I've been smiling all day. Ive gone before and really went back and forth about posting this. I went in today to get a pedicure and switch to gel nails. The water was ice cold and she barely did a pedicure on me she shaped my nails and washed my feet. They are rough and I had to soak and scrape my under nail and finish the pedicure when I got home. She also cut my toe and it bled under the polish, she never said anything. She said she could do the nails I requested, that was not the case. The nude she used has a pink undertone I was very clear nothing with pink. She didn't do the design I requested I had to ask her to go back and finish it. It still wasn't right and I was charged extra for it. It was just an awful experience from start to finish. Being short staffed isnt an excuse for shody work.

Love this hidden gem nail salon in Swansboro. Great atmosphere! Always lively and friendly. They work hard to foster a positive atmosphere. They know and recognize their clients. And have soooo many colors, the only real problem is what do I want when I go in! They always get me in and out with no problem. The equipment works and they make sure I am comfortable. It’s bright and beautiful and sooo clean! Love! Love! Love!
