Color Theory Salon

Katie has been doing my hair as well as my family’s hair for years and we could not love her more! Not only does she do an amazing job on cuts and color but she is also so sweet and welcoming. She runs a beautiful and well operated salon filled with hairstylists that are equally talented as well. My hair is my pride and joy and I can’t rave enough about how many compliments I’ve gotten on my locks thank to Katie!!

Jenny Low was my stylist today and she was amazing! She's a great colorist but during this visit, she installed one of her hand made human hair wigs for me! It is BEAUTIFUL!! She washed my hair, gave a killer scalp massage, blow dried and braided my hair, and then installed the wig, all for a reasonable cost! She is so fun and easy to chat with. I will be going to her for all of my hair needs moving forward! Thanks Jenny!!

Color theory is the most amazing salon with a fantastic location in the heart of La Mesa! Katie Dibos, the owner, is so talented. She has been my stylist for years. I always get compliments on my blonde highlights. I highly recommend her and the salon. Love going there!!

My 10 year old daughter got her hair cut by Katie, the owner of Color Theory. She has loose curls/waves and quite a bit of hair. We loved her long layers and the cut turned out great! Katie was super sweet, friendly, and made my girl feel welcomed. She’s a mom and was naturally very good with kids. Also, this little salon is so cut inside and you’d probably pass by not even knowing was a great space it is. We will definitely come back to Color Theory for our next haircuts!

Color Theory Salon is my favorite escape from the hustle and bustle of every day life. Katie has been taking care of my grey's since 2020 and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to cover them. :) Her talents are amazing and her warm smile and open heart are always there to great and support me in whatever ways needed whenever I sit in her chair.
