I always love going to color factory! The staff is super nice and knowledgeable. My family and I have been seeing Tabitha for haircuts for YEARS bc she does such a good job. Cannot recommend enough!

Best place in town for my hair cut! Been going there for years myself. Great, friendly, energetic, and top notch staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable about products and techniques used in the field. Although I'm sure some expect miracles from these girls when they come in from another salon for fixes etc, but I'm very positive it's nothing that these girls cannot handle! Thanks again for a great look that you guys give to another.

Tabitha (who I believe is the owner of Color Factory) is a highly talented, experienced and professional hair stylist. As a blonde highlighting client, Tabitha processed my highlights with a natural - even in color and dimension - look. I was blessed to find her after searching for someone with her talent once I moved to central Virginia 2 years ago. She has a consistent and pleasant personality. On my recent appointment today, I wanted a blended root with a lowlight and she did not disappoint. Not many people are as talented as Tabitha. Book today! Against my better judgment I booked Tabithas services for my wedding hair and makeup for 6 people. There was no contract or expectation that any money put forward was nonrefundable. After my trial I decided to go with another salon and Tabitha refused to even partially refund me for the poor service I received. My trial hair became a mess within an hour and I was charged only 10 dollars less than for bridal hair. Apparently a bridal trial is a loosely pinned idea of your style for the wedding not an actual trial of your wedding hair. I would absolutely never use this salon again there are much better more reputable places in the area.

This is a fantastic salon! I had Skye as my stylist, and she was *amazing*! When I came in, she actually listened to what I wanted and made recommendations accordingly which was very refreshing, as it's sometimes hard to communicate what you're looking for if you're not an expert (I'm far from it!). She really understood exactly what I was looking for and made some great recommendations based on my hair type. I came in with frizzy, brassy hair and walked out with an elegant cut and glossy hair that looks far healthier than I could have ever imagined. I absolutely recommend and will be coming back for future appointments!
