Coffee N Nails

I recently went here for Gel X extensions and honestly, I left pretty disappointed the first time. The shape was off and the nails were super thick and bulky. It just didn’t look or feel right. I went back the next day to have them redone, and I do really appreciate that they were willing to fix them. The second set definitely looked better and the application wasn’t as thick, which I’m thankful for. They explained that because I have curved nail beds, there were gaps between my natural nail and the extension, so they had to use more gel to fill everything in which is what caused the thickness. I understand that everyone’s nails are different, but there are sculpted or curved extension tips made specifically for curved nail beds. If those were available, it probably would’ve avoided the ne

Oh. My. GOD. I loved this place! It is so relaxing and comforting to sit in. The nail techs were very sweet and polite - and mine was so incredibly attentive to detail! This is my first time getting fake nails and she did absolutely perfect. It didn't hurt once, I didn't bleed at all, and my nails look wonderful. I got nail extensions with a dipped nail coat. My grandmother and sister came with me to get their nails done with a regular manicure and left very happy! They said the nail techs were quick, efficient, and did a wonderful job. My grandmother even wants to come back with me sometime. (: I'd also like to add that they have little scannable papers all over that will pull up the nail AND drink menu for you. The ladies and gents here always do me well. It’s convenient because it’s right by my apartment, and everyone who’s worked on my nails in the past has been attentive, paid attention to detail, and worked quick! Prices are very reasonable. I will continue coming to Coffee N Nails ❤️ thank you!!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this salon and will not be returning. After getting my nails done, four of them chipped and the gel started peeling off the same day. I had to waste my time and gas coming back to get them fixed, and this is how they look after the second visit—absolutely terrible. They were supposed to fix them, but I didn’t even receive an apology. Instead, I was told that they weren’t dry the first time and that my hand wasn’t in the light…(it was) that was but that was their explanation. This is not how nails should look fresh out of the salon. I can’t wait for them to grow out so I can get a new set somewhere else that’s actually worth the money. Things were okay! I’ve been here a few times now, and my last experience wasn’t the best. The nail tech I had was a bit rude and argued with me on my nail choice. She was rushing me the entire time telling me to hurry up with my hands. It was a hostile experience when I want to enjoy the experience I pay for! I don’t typically complain, or ever leave a review. I’m just very surprised.
