Coffee & Hair Co. - Blow Dry Bar

Been to the West Kendall twice and I’m amazed they don’t know how to properly blow dry the tips of your hair. My hair looks burned out. I used to be a client and stopped going and unfortunately I remember why now. It’s sad they have amazing skills but the hair is not properly blow dried. Lesson learned not to leave my stylist.

I frequently get blowouts with another stylist, but she was unavailable the day I needed, so I decided to try Coffee & Hair. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve had. Although the stylist herself was pleasant and the service was fast, the rest of the appointment was horrible. First, this is not an extension-friendly blow dry bar. I have high-quality I tip extensions that are very well maintained, and during the wash the stylist kept yanking on them the entire time. It was so painful that I couldn’t wait for the wash to be over. Getting your hair washed is usually the most relaxing part of the appointment, but instead it felt like she just didn’t know how to handle hair with extensions. Coffee and Hair Salon is such a great experience! There are similar salons that have tried to duplicate the experience but don’t even come close!! From the minute you walk in you are greeted and welcomed into a spa like setting. The vibe is cozy and inviting. The coffee bar here is top notch and the fresh baked cookies are delicious. My stylist is Danielle and her service is always exceptional! Come see for yourself!

What a fabulous find. Such a great salon with friendly staff that do fabulous blow outs that are reasonably priced. The complimentary coffee selection is a fun addition to the service too! Will definitely go back.
