Since the moment I walked into Cocoa Capilar, I felt so welcomed! The staff was incredibly sweet, friendly, and attentive. I came in for a haircut and some hydration, and Alexa recommended the “Aminoacid Treatment “exactly what I was looking for since I wanted something nourishing without harsh chemicals. And omg!!! I absolutely loved it ❤️ I walked in with my hair looking dry and lifeless, and left with it looking stunning 🤩 My haircut is perfect, my hair feels healthy, and I left the salon super happy. I will definitely be coming back!

I’ve gone to many hair salons (went blonde for 6 years) and this one has to be my favorite. I walked in, said what I was looking for, asked for the prices, the owner and Monica were completely transparent and took the time to understand what I wanted. Went fully copper from a blonde balayage. They gave me the exact color I wanted. The color service Included a hydration treatment and honestly my hair never felt better. I’ve washed my hair once so far since the service and the color and hydration is very much holding. Monica has done hair her entire life and she definitely knows her stuff. I tried giving this place a chance but there's always SOMETHING unfortunately. The first time I went it was extremely hot I asked if the door could be opened or the AC could be turned on and they refused both so my hair was falling apart before even finishing the blowout. Then on a separate occasion they gave me a price 30 minutes later another lady came and gave me a different price so I had to pay an extra $50 from the original price b/c they do the fake nice talk or "ICONIC ACCENT" so I folded plus I was too exhausted to explain why those practices are unethical. Then on the last occasion (won't be giving them another opportunity) I went to get a hair trim they said they could do it and to just wait my turn so I said great can I come back and have my spot she said yes and after 20 minut
