From the moment I arrived, her knowledge and calm, professional demeanor made me feel completely at ease — which meant a lot, especially since I had a bad experience (and even got burned) with another provider in the past. What I appreciate most is her honesty. She doesn’t try to push unnecessary treatments and really takes the time to explain what’s best for your skin and your body. Absolutely love this place! I got myself a laser hair removal package. Affordable, totally painless, and they always fit me into their schedule. Results are amazing — highly recommend! They also sell Herbalife so I bough banana caramel flavor and they have spinning classes that I would love to try out soon!

Liz is the best trainer I ever had! She is very knowledgeable and really cares. I started classes in december for weights and my body has transformed in a way i didn’t think possible! I have been training since December and i love it! Just started spinning classes recently too.

Clean, well-organized, and welcoming. The gym offers relaxing, professional treatments. Staff are friendly and attentive. A great spot for both fitness and self-care.
