***THIS IS AN UPDATED REVIEW AFTER WORKING WITH THE BUSINESS. SPOILER ALERT - THEY KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK!*** After I left the original 1-star review below, the business called me right away. The manager, Thomas, offered to work with me to take care of my negative experience in any way that was best for me. I agreed to return to have the owner, Jade redo my nails. From the moment Jade sat down to redo my nails, her attention to detail was second to none. She looked at my nails and knew immediately how to fix them. She offered to do a whole new design, I just went with the original design. I had high hopes for this place from all the good ratings. Now I am wondering how in the world they got the good ratings. My daughter treated me to a pedicure and manicure for my birthday and we were both disappointed. The pedicures were okay but not worth $70 each. Then for the manicure I asked for silver chrome and that is not what I got. Plus the guy was pretty rough and caused 3 of my fingers to bleed. He did not wear gloves, and I did not see any of the high standards of hygiene and sanitation that they talked about. The files just get brushed off with a wire brush and then put back for use. No product or ointment was applied after I was bleeding. The nails look bumpy and I several of them have bubbles on them which are driving me nuts. But mainly I am just worried about how unsanita

My daughter got her nails done by May May (who was very kind and my daughter really liked her) a few weeks ago. I wish we had pics of them up close because she dug in to her nails while filing down the acrylic creating a visible divot at the base of almost every nail which you can still see in the second pic. The pattern was cute but the nails were thick and chunky. Today she went to have them removed and instead of soaking them off, Kaylie pried them off with an unused acrylic nail. She buffed them, clipped them haphazardly and sent my daughter on her way. I wasn't there for either appointment but I wish I had been. We were recommended by a long time client so I hoped our first bad experience was a fluke but after a second time, I'll never go back.

these are by far the best nails i’ve had from here! i asked for more of a cheetah print on the 3 nails but it came out more dots, but no worries it still looks great! the service is great! the people are so nice! definitely come here!

I absolutely LOVE this nail salon!! They always do amazing for any design I show them and are always so nice. This is my favorite place to go by far!
