Joey's been cutting my hair for the past year and now I find it hard to go to anyone else. He's always very gentle with my hair, which is a big plus since previous hairstylists would pull my hair around while cutting lol. I'm always very satisfied with the result! Prices are a bit higher than other salons in the area, but reasonable given the quality and care that's put into the haircuts.

Additional Review from February 2024: I just got my hair cut again by Ernie and he did an equally if not even better job! He really knows Asian hair so well and gave me the cutest short bob with choppy bangs. I'm excited to see how it grows out to a similar length to what I liked previously from him. He did a combo of razor and scissors for some great texture that I know grows out well and is really easy to style and maintain. I continue to be very happy with my visits to Ernie! I’ve been going to Earnie since I was a kid (over 20 years!) and I wanted to bleach and dye my hair. It took around three hours, and Earnie made sure to be really gentle during the bleaching process and coloring. I wanted it to be ash blonde from black, so he made it darker so after a few washes it gets to the color I wanted (see last picture). My hair is still really healthy after three months, and Earnie took really good care of my hair :)

Joey did my hair and he was so understanding, open to feedback, and informative! Super happy with the way my hair turned out. I did an dark red/black cherry balayage. Side note - I had sprained my ankle the day before and they were really nice and let me prop my leg up during the appointment. Def recommend!
