By far this beauty supply store is the best store I have ever visited. The staff is very friendly, professional and personable. The prices are good! They have a great rewards program where you earn decent money back for each purchase! Thank you guys!

Last time I came here, the girl with the black glasses, bun, and grey vest, told me she didn’t feel like helping me. She told me my question was “too hard to answer.” On top of that, the young asian girl seemed to know absolutely nothing about hair. Overall a very poorly ran and managed store. I will not be returning. Hire better employees !

I was there last week and Ty and Julia were very helpful and professional. The store is very organized and clean, everything is easy to find. No other hair store in the area compares

Drove from out of town first time in the store and didn’t know where anything was asked the counter clerk Diarra to show me what I was looking for and she didn’t budge kept pointing. I left without getting anything. I was willing to spend over $200. Wouldn’t recommend.

I gave 5 stars for the wonderful customer service. Provide by Alexis. Alexis is very helpful. She was willing to assist with your product. When we couldn't find what I was looking for she was very creative with helping me to come up with different ideas and how to purchase the type of hair. I was looking for alexis, is absolutely the bomb.Dot com Very personable, knew her products friendly. She makes me want to come back to purchase.
