I waited to write this review, however I feel like it is time to share. I booked an appointment for brow tinting with the owner. Day of the appointment, I walked in and was not greeted by anyone. Okay- that’s fine. So I took at seat on one of the waiting chairs. During this time, I was the only customer inside this business. I waited about 10-15 minutes to be acknowledged or helped. During this same time, a second customer came in and requested a hair cut. Therefore stating she did not schedule an appointment. The owner immediately greeted her and sat her down and began working on her hair. The owner then told another worker to see what I needed. This worker was a younger woman. I told her I made an appointment with the owner for brow tinting. She then placed me into one of the chairs an

Lauren is fantastic. She’s so knowledgeable about hair and scalp care too. She was able to give life back to my limp boring hair with layers. I will be going back again!

I wanted to enjoy my experience but I will not be coming back or recommending this salon. I saw Lauren on 03/10/25 and asked for 4 inches off with long face framing and I got 9 inches off with short curtain bangs. I know this because we measured my hair at the salon before she cut and got 27 inches and at home I measured 18, pictured below. She did refund my fee, which is very appreciated, but unfortunately my attempts to be respectful to resolve this were not reciprocated and I felt as the bad guy to bring them up. The cut itself is good- the length and bangs just were not what I asked or wanted. I was very surprised that it wasn't handled with more respect, professionalism, and understanding and wouldn't be leaving this review if it was. Update: It has been 3 months and the face frami

Savanna at Coccolami Salon did an amazing job correcting a color issue. She listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made thoughtful recommendations based on my hair type and face shape. The cut and color turned out even better than I expected. She’s professional, skilled, and easy to trust—I already have my next appointment scheduled. Highly recommend!
