Coastal Pedicure

Firstly, best pedicure that lasts longer than any other place. The antigravity chair, blankets, heat packs for your neck and eyes are amazing. There is not another place nearby that will do all that for you. They never rush. Secondly, I would compare this place to a restaurant that is slightly mean to you but is the best food you’ve ever had. My nail tech did not greet me or say hello when I walked in the door, or introduce herself. This was my first time meeting her. They don’t give much instructions and get up from the pedicure quite often sometimes for longer than 10-15 minutes. Given, the times that happened a hot towel/ or the paraffin wax is left on. But it doesn’t need to be on that long and gets cold. I will continue to come here because of the amazing results and relaxing atmosp

This is the worst Manicure Pedicure I have ever had. What a total rip off!!!! Be prepared to pay $150 for a basic manicure and pedicure. It was over $30 just to remove the gels from my hands and feet! That's insane ! She did not even put polish on my toes (as pictured) and my nail polish on my fingers chipped after 3 days. Not even all of the previous red polish was REMOVED on my big toe!! My toes look worse than when I came in!! What exactly did I pay for??? I NEVER GOT A FULL PEDICURE BECAUSE THERE WAS NO POLISH ON MY TOES. She made me feel so uncomfortable. Terrible attitude and poor customer service. What a horrible experience. Don't waste your time and money here. BEWARE!!!!

I brought my dad here a while ago and I wanted to wait to review because I was so angry. We made the appt for noon and I made sure to tell them we needed to be done by a certain time as we had a doctor's appt. The appt was at 2. Plenty of time. We got there at 1145 and the door was locked. They didn't even let us in until 1220 and stated it was because they had to clean after the previous client. I reminded them that I made the appt for noon and didn't take a later time and reminded them that we only had a certain amount of time. They made me feel like I was the problem. If I have an appt at noon, I expect to be seen at noon. They didn't even start the pedicure until 1230. I've had my nails done here over the years and they have always done a great job. My Mom and I love going. It's a very relaxing experience.

I contacted Coastal Pedicure two days before making an appointment (called on Wednesday and made the appointment for Friday) and they were able to fit me for a manicure and pedicure (their 90-Minute Spa Package). I brought my own regular nail polish which was fine with them. Rebekah and Riley were fantastic! I had a lovely experience with the anti-gravity chair, the arm and leg massage almost put me to sleep, and my nails looked great! It's a different experience than going to an average nail spa so you are paying more and the products they use are high quality and smell lovely. I asked how far in advance do they prefer clients to make appointments and they said 2-3 weeks and for couples 6 weeks. I'm grateful they were able to fit me in but for next time I'll be sure to book further in adv
