Club Nails

Zero- had to pick one star to post I had my daughter go to them as our main place was full. Tried to up the price for acrylic removal and plain mani no gel. insisted my daughter pay even though service wasn’t complete My daughter has anxiety and this was not helpful She called me in tears from there and stated other clients even were chiming in and so she had 3 - 4 people insisting she pay upfront. I let her know no need pay when your done. I called to speak to the manager and the phone was passed to a client as manager was busy doing her nails-. In the back ground I heard them asking if my daughter speaks English?? What?? Then they hung up on me 😡I tried calling back and still unable to reach manager Unprofessional and no tip was given A client should be priority. From the other comments-

The first time I went for a mani pedi. Was not good. Today I thought I would try it again. Karen first cut the skin around my big toe, It started bleeding, I pointed it out and she looked at me and acted like she didn't know where the blood came from. Didn't apologize. When she was finished she tried to push my shoe on and smeared the polish. She tried to fix it, looked like a blob of polish. She had to take off the polish and start over . When she finished it looked horrible!! Will never go back!!

I wanted to share my experience to offer some constructive feedback. When I arrived, I felt largely overlooked, no one greeted me or asked what service I was interested in. I had to get their attention to request a pedicure, and even then, I was told they didn’t have time, despite there being minimal customers and plenty of staff on hand. There was no effort to offer an appointment or alternative solution, which left me feeling like more of a nuisance than a valued client. I also observed some concerning hygiene practices during a previous visit: I observed tools being reused between clients without any sanitation. This has been a major reason I hadn’t returned until today, when I was completely dismissed anyway. 🙄 I even brought my own nail kit as a precaution this time. Customer safety

The costumer service is great! The manger is really nice. All the ladies who work here are so kind.
