Called super last minute to get a haircut before Christmas (another salon canceled on me!) Cloud 9 was able to get me in quickly. Addy was my stylist. She did a great job asking me what style I was looking for, and we talked through some reference photos I brought. Walked out with some cute curtain bangs and long layers, exactly what I wanted! Highly recommend Cloud 9, cute salon, friendly stylists. Really attentive.
I had booked my appointment at the wrong location but Kaylee still squeezed me in anyway which I REALLY appreciated! She was so knowledgeable about what I can do to address issues such as oily scalp and taught me the best way to use texturizing spray in my fine hair. Addy also worked me in to wax my brows and they were both so sweet, kind, accommodating, and fun to talk to. Thank you again!!!
