She took the time to understand my skin and customized the treatment perfectly. Not only was the experience relaxing, but my skin looked and felt amazing afterward—fresh, glowing, and healthier. Her space is clean, calming, and beautifully maintained. Gail has such a gentle and reassuring presence, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I have been seeing Gail now for over a year! I started seeing her for brow tint and lamination and LOVED the results. I lost my husband this past year and coming once a month for a facial has been my new self care. Gail has given me the best experience and setting to be able to relax and do something for myself and I always leave relaxed and my face looking and feeling amazing! Heather Brown Studio is amazing. Chloe is the best esthetician I have ever had. She listens to the skincare problems I am facing and then recommends the best treatment needed. I have done CIT for the last year and my face has never felt so smooth and it is helping with the aging process and my pores as well. She keeps things fun while providing a high quality service.
