Cloud 10 Blow Dry Bar & Beauty Salon

This is my second trip to Cloud 10, and this is a fantastic salon. It looks and feels very upscale without being pretentious. I booked my appointment online. When I arrived, I was greeted and asked if I wanted something to drink. They made me feel welcome. This is a nice touch in today’s world of excellent customer service being the exception not the norm. I only waited a few minutes before my stylist Melissa introduced herself and invited me to her station to consult with me and confirm my requested services. The shampoo room is really great it has muted light which allows you to relax. The shampoo and head massage was awesome. I was so relaxed that I felt like I could out of the great chairs they have. I visited Cloud 10 Blowout Bar in Delray this past Friday with a friend to get our hair done. It was our first time there, and based on their website, we expected the listed blowout price of $65. Nowhere online does it indicate that this is a starting price or that the stylist would evaluate our hair before determining the final cost. At checkout, we were charged $160 total — $75 for my friend and $85 for me — without anyone ever explaining that the price could vary or that a hair evaluation was part of the process. For first-time guests, this lack of communication was really disappointing. Had someone simply explained the pricing beforehand, we would have understood what to expect. Amazing experience at Cloud Nine! From the warm welcome by Jody who runs an amazing business there to the wonderful shampoo by Makena and a gorgeous, bouncy blowout by Jessica, everything was smooth and efficient. I received so many compliments—everyone there was amazing!

Cloud10 has been the only place I trust with my hair, makeup, and now nails. I have had services almost every other week for over five years. I have never been disappointed and I have lots of hair maintenance needs! I also had my bridal hair and makeup done by Jodi’s team 3 years ago and I cannot refer her enough! Jodi and her team truly ensure you float out feeling relaxed and beautiful. I highly recommend it!!!!!
