I had the stylist Amy. I went in for a routine cut and some highlights. She let my foils set under a dryer for about 20 minutes and took them out. The color was bright, brassy orange! When I asked her to fix the color she answered that it had "oxidized" and nothing could be done. If she had checked the hair under the foils while they were processing she would have noticed that they were not done. Thanks to her I have gaudy-looking highlights that I will have to pay another hairdresser to redo. I feel she should have attempted to correct what she had done in the very least. Not taking responsibility for the work is a very poor way to run a business.
