My 17 yr old little brother went to this "barbershop" early October for a SHAPE UP and less than 24hrs later he obtained a rash and we also discover SEVERAL locs missing as you can see from the uneven hair.. I've been in contact with the OWNER of the "barbershop" who refuses to give me a refund... THE UNLICENSED BARBER IS NAMED JP

I’m usually not the type to leave reviews like this, but today was one of the worst experiences I’ve had - even to the point where I never received any service at all. I walked in and was told I’d need to wait 30 minutes. I waited anxiously for an hour and a half. There were about three barbers and a few clients already waiting. I wasn’t sure if they had appointments or were walk-ins, so I didn’t mind others going before me, assuming they had appointments. After three clients had been taken and the barber who initially told me to wait left the shop, I realized I’d been sitting there for 90 minutes with no communication. Recently moved to Richmond, been going to this barbershop since I been here. Victor was the first barber to cut my hair. He did a fantastic job everytime. There are others there, they all seem to do great work. Very professional. I ain't goin anywhere else.
