I love seeing my massage therapist there but the bathrooms are utterly disgusting. The information was relayed to management and 2 weeks later the same filth remained in the women's bathroom. No soap, dirt spots on handles, doors, walls. Hair all over, in a public restroom this is completely unacceptable. I very rarely leave 1 star reviews, but they had ample opportunity to right the situation.
I was born and raised in Ithaca, NY. It is good to get such accurate information. Thanks
