Great customer service and prompt service. They greet you right away when you walk in. I got a basic haircut and was treated very well. I recommend this place.

Bad customer service. My parents both went in on a Sunday afternoon as a walk in. My parents both listed themselves down. When it was going to be my dad’s turn, someone else walked in and the hairstylist took them first over my dad. The reason being because they come from far away and had called ahead. My dad has been told before that they DONT take phone appointments anymore yet the hairstylist did the OPPOSITE. Very unprofessional and don’t have set rules for their establishment. Now when it was about to be my mom’s turn same thing happens to her. Another person came in because they had called ahead supposedly. Please be set with your guidelines. Don’t be wishy washy when you decide to take phone appointments and when you don’t.

Called for appointment. Was told in 30 minutes. Drove 30 minutes to be told Nora was not in and she is the only one who does color. 1 hour of wasted driving time.

Decent haircuts for cheap. I get combovers for 10 bucks. Sometimes the stylists dont speak English though so communication can be a little rough I'd still recommend however

THE SALON IS IN A REALLY GOOD LOCATION IN FRONT OF THE HIGHWAY 159 ON THE EAST SIDE OF LAS VEGAS. THIS SPOT SEEMS TO SERVE TO THE LATINO LOCALS AND DOES NOT BRING ANY EXTRAVAGANCE COMPARED TO WHAT YOU SEE ON THE STRIP. I WAS NOT GREETED WHEN I CAME IN BUT TO THEIR DEFFENSE BOTH LADIES WORKING WERE BUSY WITH CLIENTS. I WAS ASKED TO SIGN INTO A SHEET AND WAS GIVEN A LOOK WHEN I ASKED FOR A PEN TO SIGN IN. THE LADY THAT TOOK CARE OF ME WAS WORKING ON THE LAST STATION AND SHE WAS VERY NICE TO ME UNFORTUNATELY THE HAIRCUT WAS JUST OK. I RECCOMMEND YOU COME IN IF YOU ARE NOT TOO PICKY ABOUT YOUR CUTS OR UNLESS IS AN EMERGENCY, I HAVE DEFINITELY HAD BETTER EXPERIENCES BUT ALSO THIS WAS NOT THE WORSE OF THEM ALL.
