Cleo & Spa Nails Inc

Today was the second time I've been to Cleo and I hafta say that both times that I've been there so far .. I've left extremely satisfied. They're very accommodating and I was even able to get a same day appointment for both visits. I've gotten 2 gel manis and a pedicure once and everything looked/looks great. They're kind, clean and thorough, so with that being said .. I'd absolutely highly recommend this place. Thanks so much to everyone at Cleo!! =)

I have always had a good experience here, however, my last visit about 2 weeks ago wasn’t very pleasant. Unfortunately, I did not get the nail technician’s name who worked on me, but I felt very rushed. The water was cold. She barely worked on my cuticles, both for the manicure and pedicure. I was done in about a half an hour for both. I felt very rushed and it was not a relaxing experience, unfortunately

I thought I found the ideal place was I ever wrong. Made an appointment 2 weeks ago for 3. I called earlier to see if I could come earlier she said my technician was busy no problem. I show up a few minutes before 3 they say mani pedi I said yes they said pick the color. My technician was just starting a pedicure for another person. The client sitting in her chair said I didn't have an appointment but I only waited for 5 minutes. I then got up walked out. I did call the owner and told her when I never make an appointment unless I can keep it and it should be the same for the business. Oh well on to the next salon.

Went to get nails done I have to spa it's a very nice spa. But they charge extra to take off nails with a metro card which hurt so bad. Smh. Other places i have been they soak it in foil. I guess she was rushing me to get out. The whole time she was on the phone. She did not use new tool she just grabbed a cuticle cutter from draw dipped in acetone and went about the business. I am myself in beauty business and sanitize is main key. Got tips and powder. The shapes were not the same one hand was longer than other one. After 2 days the nails chipped and eneded up taking off notice my nail bed were brusied. I definitely won't be back especially they are not clean.

I'm SO disappointed! I went there 7/3, last minute before July 4th holiday for the first time because my place was booked. Literally within 5 days my nails were all lifting at the nail bed. This didn't actually shock me because I didn't think she was applying the acrylic correctly, slathering it across my entire nailbed including my entire cuticle area... One of my nails lifted so badly it caught on something and it ripped my nail up more. Nightmare!!! I've never gone before and will NEVER go back.
