Extremely disappointed with how we were treated. I booked a haircut appointment for my 2-year-old son, and when we arrived, they acted like we never had one. Even though it clearly showed in their system that it had been deleted and I had a confirmation, they tried to play it off like we canceled. No apology, no accountability, and zero empathy—especially to a little boy who was excited for his haircut. Completely unprofessional. Sad to say, we won’t be back. Highly recommend Tailored Barber just down the road—class act barbers who take pride in their work and treat you right.
